SHIPPING POLICY

At N2A, we primarily sell digital products, including software licenses, activation keys, and downloadable items. Most orders are delivered electronically via email or customer account access.

Digital Delivery
Digital products are typically delivered within a few minutes to 24 hours after payment confirmation. In some cases, delivery may take longer due to payment verification, stock availability, technical issues, or fraud prevention checks.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address during checkout. N2A is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information or spam/junk email filtering.

Physical Shipping
If physical products are offered, shipping times displayed at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to customs processing, courier issues, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once physical orders are handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss and title transfer to the customer.

Order Processing
Orders may be subject to manual review and verification before fulfillment. We reserve the right to delay, cancel, or refuse any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or violation of our policies.

Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all billing, shipping, and contact information is accurate. N2A is not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
